Our Process
Step #1 : Consultation
The first meeting is at your home to discuss your vision and budget for your project.
Step #2: Preliminary Estimate
Within 2 to 5 business days after our meeting you will be given an approximate cost range for your project so that you can compare it to your budget. This will help you in deciding if your vision can become reality.
Step #3 : Drawings and Renderings
Once you're ready to bring your vision to the next step, we can provide you with drawings and computer renderings. These are done as needed or requested, depending on the complexity of your project. Our computer renderings are done "in-house" at a very reasonable cost and will give us an opportunity to turn your vision into a 3D reality.
Step #4 : Proposal
In this step, we will provide you with a detailed estimate for your project.
Step #5 : Contract
If you accept the proposal a standard contract and payment schedule will be sent to you with a tentative project start date. After you have reviewed the contract, we've answered all of your questions and you return to signed contract and deposit, we will lock you into our timeline of jobs. As the tentative start date approaches, we will set a specific date and time that your project will begin and end.
